　　 世界500强和国内500强企业投资的项目、高新技术和先进技术项目、固定资产投资额5000万人民币以上的项目，市政府采取“一事一议”的办法，予以支持。
Projects funded by world’s 500-strong enterprises and domestic 500-strong ones, projects listed in the category of Hi-new-tech and advanced technology, and projects whose investment in fixed assets reaches RMB 50 million Yuan or more will be supported by the municipal government according to the principle of “One Project One Policy”.
　　国内投资者固定投资在500万元以上的工业企业，经营期10年以上的，从获利年度起，前两年按其企业所得税对地方财政贡献额的100%支持企业；第3年至第5年按50%支持企业。
For industrial enterprises funded by domestic investors whose operation period is longer than 10 years and the investment in fixed assets is over 5 million, the enterprises income tax levied as local fiscal revenue will be refunded as a reward during the first two years starting from the year of the enterprise starts to make profits. From the third year to the fifth year 50% will be refunded.
　　经营期限在10年以上的生产性外商投资企业从获利年度的第三年起，根据注册资金（包括新增投资），视其企业所得税对地方财政新增贡献额的大小，连续5年按20%－50%的比例对企业予以支持。
For industrial enterprise funded by foreign investors whose operation period is longer than 10 years, according to the registered capital (including the newly added capital), 20%-50% of its enterprise income tax levied as local fiscal revenue will be refunded as a reward for 5 successive years starting from the third year based on its added amount of tax contribution.
　　对新办工业生产性企业应缴纳的各种管理类、登记类、证照类行政事业性收费（不含各项社会保险费和资源补偿类收费），除中央和省应收部分外，其余一律免收。
The newly established industrial productive enterprises are free from charges, despite the charges collect by the state and province, like various management charge, register charge and license charge, not including various social insurance charge and resources compensation charge.
　　对投资道路、供热、供气、供排水、污水处理、园林绿化、公共交通、环境卫生等市政公用设施及环保项目的，免收市政基础设施配套费。
Investment in municipal utilities such as road, heat supply, gas supply, drainage, sewage disposal, afforestation, parks and gardens, public transport, environment improvement ,etc. will be exempted from municipal supporting facility charges.
　　对投资于公益性的文化、卫生、科技、体育等公共设施的，按50%收取市政基础设施配套费。
Investment in public welfare facilities for culture, hygienic, scientific, technical or sport purpose, etc. will be exempted from half of the municipal supporting facility charges.
　　高新技术产业重点项目购置生产经营用房的，减半征收房产交易手续费和产权登记费。
For the important projects on hi-new ?Ctech industries, they only need to pay half of the real estate poundage and register charge.
　　投资高新技术产业项目和先进技术企业，投资额达到1000万元人民币的，市政府将在土地地价上给予优惠。
For the projects on hi-new-tech industries, with the investment reaching RMB 10 billion Yuan, the government will give them discount on the land price.
